We need help on the 12th May when we throw open our doors to over 80 people to come and have-a-go at archery. We are running 4 sessions, commencing at 10:00, 11:30, 13:00 and 14:30. With at least twenty people on each session we need 10+ volunteers to help organise/coach on each session.
Ideally we would ask for 10 volunteers in the morning and 10 in the afternoon, however it may proving challenging to get 20 members to volunteer so if at all possible could you help with both sessions. We will be providing a sandwich lunch for any helpers staying for both sessions.
